1991 Camaro RS!!!5spd V8 !!!T-Tops !!!Desert Classic Third Gen !!!
Hi and thanks for having a Look!!! I love my Camaro, ut it spends most of it's time these days in the garage...so I proudly offer one of my favorite cars here for auction on ebay. Good Luck Everyone and Happy Bidding!!!
I have owned the Camaro for several years and in the time I have had it, t has been flawless for me. I have not had to repair or replace anything or had any breakdowns. This car has been all fun and no hassle the entire time I have owned it. I used to work up in Bend, regon and bought this car to commute to Reno, evada to see family every couple weeks. That is an 800 to 900+ mile round trip and I wanted a great road car to make that drive regularly. One that cruises and handles really well. The Camaro did everything I wanted it to do. The 5spd is a blast to drive and when your cruising along at 70 with the T-tops open and radio blasting, t's hard to imagine you are getting 20+ mpg and having this much fun driving!!!...the road trip was always a pleasure!!!
The Camaro is completely stock. The engine has never been messed with and the car has always been adult owned and reasonably driven. It will move on out if you get on it...but if your just cruising and taking in the sights, t purrs right along. I searched and searched and found a set of the spun aluminum GTA factory Enkei Rims up in Springfield, regon. They look awesome on the car, owered it probably a good inch or more, nd really improved the handling. I put the dark green hood on because it was in perfect condition with plans to have it painted red to match the car...but...with the black wheels and T-tops, he look kind of grew on me and I left it that way. The car has it's cosmetic flaws such as scrapes on the nose and the lower front ground effects and a ding and dent here and there, ut the car has no bodywork or filler or evidence of any collisions. It drives awesome. The engine runs perfectly, he five speed shifts ez, he clutch holds well, nd this car just loves to be driven!
The previous owner added the Alpine Touchscreen Stereo System and it has RCA jacks for hooking up amps and subs. It has a CD stuck in it right now...Best Buy said they could get it out...but otherwise it is cool and works well. It plays DVD's too...I guess that could come in handy at some point. It is just playing the stock speakers, ut it is a great head unit for whatever plans you have stereowise. The windshield and the exhaust will need attention. The car is running wide open after the catalytic, nd the stock y pipe is worn out where the two pipes come together into one. It could be welded by a good exhaust shop for next to nothing or just replaced and a muffler could be put on after the catalytic. Or you could go with headers and custom exhaust if you wanted too. It is loud, ut sounds pretty good and really sounds cool when your doing highway speeds. The fan has been put on a switch. These cars were notorious for frying out the stock temperature control switch because they would turn themselves on and off constantly until they fried themselves. Then the cooling fan wouldn't work at all. Consequently, ost folks put their fans on a switch so you can control and monitor the operating temp yourself. I like it this way, ut you can always put it back on a temp switch if you prefer.
The car is a blast to drive and fun to own. It is a third gen so you can do anything you want with the car. It is a great driver, ery reliable and a rust free dry desert car. The T-tops seal well and they don't leak all over you in a storm. The tires and brakes are good, nd the car starts right up every time. Thanks again for your Interest. Clean Title in my name. I offer the winning bidder a 5% Discount!!!...so please have a look at the "payments and shipping" section for details. Please feel free to send as many questions as you have. If you would like to discuss the car include your phone number in your message and I will call you right back. Personal Inspection during the course of the auction is welcomed and encouraged!!! Low Realistic Reserve!!!
Good Luck Everyone and Happy Bidding!!!
