For the 1999 model year, hevrolet would unveil a new variant of the Corvette - one that would focus on eliminating otherwise “unnecessary” features in favor of producing a performance-enhanced, educed-weight vehicle the C5 hardtop (FRC) Corvette was born.

The FRC Corvette (Fixed Roof Coupe), ardtop was essentially a convertible with a fixed fiberglass roof. The FRC was cast as a Corvette for serious performance enthusiasts, he hardtop’s stockier construction made the car’s body 12 percent more rigid than the Coupe (even with the Coupe’s targa top in place). Additionally weight reduction combined with the stiffer overall structure of the body, ade the FRC more appealing to performance enthusiasts. Starting in 2001 Chevrolet used the FRC hardtop body for the Z06 Corvette

LS3 6.2LEnginewith .617 lift 225/230 Comp Cam, rian Tooley Dual Valve Springs with Titanium retainers, ight weight Stainless intake valves, S7 Lifters, ong tube headers (no cats), tock mufflers with Corsa tips and finished with a Custom dyno tune, 56 Horse Power at the rear wheels through a new LS7 Clutch and stock mufflers.

Z06 Close ratio T56 Transmission, ear end, hocks,Seats, auges,and more are from 2001 Z06. Factory Bose AM/FM CD stereo with amplified subwoofer and MP3 adapter. (CD player not currently working).

11 x 18 and 13 x 19Custom iForged 3 piece rims with275 35 18 fronts and 345 30 19 rear Michelin Super Sport tires. Drilled and slotted rotors with High performance brake pads.
