Up for auction is a 1953 Chevy Deluxe 210. This car was purchased at Ramey Motor Co. in Salisbury NC on June 13, 953 by Mr. Everette Lineberger. Mr. Lineberger owned the car until January 28th, 016. This car currently has 305,681 miles. I have most of the maintenance history with engine rebuild at 178,000 miles in 1970, ebuilt transmission in 1980 with 259,868 miles, nd another engine rebuild in 1984 at 288,384 miles, nd another engine rebuild in 1995 with 304,915 miles. Also many maintenance and repairs over the years to keep her going.

This old Chevy runs and drives great. The motor starts right up and basically runs like an old sewing machine. I have driven the car quite a bit. The only thing that I know of that could be done is that there is a slight vibration in the steering wheel around 55-60 mph which is probably a front wheel needs to be balanced. It’s really not bad and it hasn’t bothered me enough to have it done. I’m just being picky…

The paint is basically original and as you can see in the pictures it has some patina. The body is solid except for the passenger front floor which has some rust in it and a previous amateur patch job. There is a picture below of it.

The interior is original and everything works except wipers and AM radio.

This is a not a Barrett Jackson show car. It is an inexpensive cruiser for local fun and car shows and a cool conversation piece. It runs and drives very well and it does get a lot of attention.
