1969 CHEVROLET EL CAMINO

Hi. I have for sale a 1969 Chevrolet EL Camino. It has 106. 27 orginal miles on it. It has a 350 short block engine. It is NOT the orginal engine it was replaced before I purchased it . I do not have the orginal engine and do not know where the orginal engine is . Iam telling you what comes with this EL Camino as it sits and as it is today. Here is a list of what has been done to the El Camino BEFORE I purchased it for my husband 9 months ago . My husband drives it 2 days a week as we have 5 other vehicles and a bike so we have decided to sell it to someone that would enjoy it more. It has a new Vinal Top and I do not know what was under the top before the new one was put on it because it was done BEFORE I purchased it so I do NOT know if there was any RUST under the new top or not. There is new carpet inside the cab so I do NOT know if there is RUST under the carpet it was put down BEFORE I purchased the EL CAMINO. There is NO RUST under the doors or on the bed of the EL CAMINO. I do not know if the floor under the Cab has any rust or not I have not pulled the new carpet to see if there was any RUST or not. I have not had it on a car lift to see if there is any RUST under the EL CAMINO cab. I can only tell you what I see and where I look at from the outside of the vehicle and from what I see I do NOT see any RUST. The whole EL CAMINO was painted BEFORE I purchased it so I do NOT know if any bondo was used on the outside of the EL CAMINO before it was painted or not . The only thing I know for sure is it needs is is a HEATER/AIR CONDITIONER SWITCH and new duck work and some of the gages need to be re-wired. I have gotten alot of questions about RUST on this vehicle I hope I have answered any questions that anyone else may have about RUST on this vehicle . Iam selling this EL CAMINO AS IS. I also have the orginal flyer and vin number tag and pictures of both and the history that was pulled up online by the vin number. I reserve the right to stop the auction as I have this vehicle listed locally as well so if I get a local buyer I will stop the auction. .
