green Chevrolet Suburban 8 seat belts 148,070 miles automatic 2 wheel drive

used green 2002 Chevrolet Suburban 2WD, 148.070 miles as of 7-21-2016. There are some scratches and minor paint chips on the exterior. Interior driver's seat had a loose seam in the seat, but it has been sewn back together, but you can tell that it has been sewn. Cruise control, CD player, AM/FM radio, air conditioning in the front and rear, power windows, doors and locks, roof rack, tow package, mechanical condition is good except sometimes it makes a loud grinding, fluttering noise as you drive, but every time I take it in to be looked at, they say there is nothing wrong with it and that the sound never happens when they drive it. There is some wear to the dash as in faded color or paint coming off. Hard to describe that. It has 8 seat belts and 4 doors along with a lift up door for the rear.
