This is a public auction for a government agency. Regardless of description, items are non-returnable, sold as is, and without any warranty. This includes new, used, or any other listing condition. All sales are final.

Buyer responsible to ensure item/part number being bid is acceptable to their needs prior to bidding.

Sales made during government holidays, Friday’s or weekends will may not ship until the next available government business day.

Questions and answers during non-business hours may be delayed.

Vehicle auctions or other items may be inspected by appointment only. Inspections may only be used for visual inspection of said item. At no time will quality of function testing be allowed. Meaning, items can be tested for cosmetic inspection, start/run, and physical review only. No operation, test drive, usage of said items will be allowed under law. The person inspecting is only allowed to verify operation but not the quality of said operation.

Agency does not ship vehicles but can work with a vendor of your choosing to facilitate pickup for winning bidder.

Vehicle - This vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle collision and was left abandon at the tow facility and unused. The vehicle was transferred into government possession and now being auctioned. This agency has not owned this vehicle nor does this agency have a history or record on the vehicle.

Title - the winning bidder will receive a New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Application for Certificate of Title - Abandoned Vehicle Sold at Public Sale by Public Agency (Form OS/SS-88 (R2/10) (also known as a Green Sheet). This means that the winning bidder must sign in person at police headquarters and take the completed form to a New Jersey Motor vehicle Commission office in order to obtain a new clean title. Winning bidder must have or obtain some type of New Jersey Identification (ie: Driver's License, Boating License or ID card) in order to obtain the final title.
