Description

Nova SS 1967 118 VIN Restomod. This is an older restoration of a 1967 Nova SS that had a very lumpy small block and was set up for drag racing. I took it to an LS engine swap specialist and sold the SBC. professionally installed a 50k miles LS 5. 3 with 4L60 AOD from a stock Silverado. The front end was removed and a completely powder coated Heidts front end was installed with Wilwood disc brakes. power rack and pinion steering. coilovers. nbsp;all aluminum radiator. vintage air. The wiring and control unit is very professionally done with the ECU behind the LF wheel well with its own custom access door. There is a working OBDII plug under the dash for checking codes. It has a 12 bolt posi with 4:56 gears left over from the drag racing days with ladder bars and subframe connectors. It is completely flashed for accuracy with the brand new autometer electronic gauges for shift points and speedo accuracy. The stock SS interior is mint with a new stereo and three point seatbelts. It has brand new Coyes wheels with Continental Extreme Contact DWS Tires. I always wanted to do a 67 Nova right and spare no expense. and as always. I don't drive it and am into another of the Muscle Cars of my youth. The lack of space and an unresolved car addiction causes me to lose money over and over to get my next muscle car fix. My loss is your gain. take advantage of me and take this baby to the next level. It drives great and performs as expected. It is quick. stops well. A/C blows ice. great MPG and reliable. The paint is older and the Ladder bars are stiff. If I were to keep it I would put a 4 link in the rear and change the gears to something in the 3's. It is laser straight and rust free with no body repairs that I can find. nbsp;but someday you might want to repaint it. It looks great and shows well. but a perfectionist can see the age in the paint job in the right lite. It has won awards in every show I have taken it to. It's totally perfect for a driver. which is what it was intended to be. It has a low reserve and is priced to sell. It would take 60K to get an average starter SS into this condition.
