1955 CHEVY 4 DOOR CREWCAB CAR HAULER

This is a one of a kind and really cool 1955 Chevy 4 door crewcab car hauler. I bought this about two years ago from a guy in Montreal Canada and drove it back home to Loup City. Nebraska ( 1. 22 miles) with no problems at all. He used it to haul two cars from coast to coast. one in the box and one on a trailer behind it. Me and my dad were going to use it to haul a 1957 Chevy drag car to the race track but my dad got cancer and died in February and I am not going to continue to do that without my dad. This cool one of a kind truck gets a lot of attention and thumbs up everywhere it goes. It has a big block Chevy 454 engine and 4 speed transmission. New fuel pump. new Rochester Quadrajet carburetor. new heavy duty 4 core radiator. new water pump. new fan clutch and belts. new draglink and king pins. all six new tires. This seats five full size adults very comfortably and has a sleeper between the cab and box with a pass through the cab and an outside access door. It has very clean and nice interior. The enclosed box has a hydraulic tilt for loading cars or cargo. It has a 9. 00 pound winch in it. The inside of the box is 18 feet 2 inches long. 89 inches wide and 78 inches tall. All inside dimensions. The total truck is 32 feet 6 inches long and 126 inches tall to the top of the box. It has tool boxes or storages compartments below the box on both sides five on the driver side and 8 on the passenger side so there is plenty of storage. It has an onboard air compressor with a 100 foot hose and hose real in the rear driver side box and one air hose quick disconnect on the outside of the truck. it also has a onboard water tank with a water hose and hose real in the rear driver side compartment next to the air hose real and it has two outside water hose connections. It also has 3 outside spot lights and 8 outside 110 volt plugs. Inside the box has a light and a plug as well. The outside paint on the cab and doors has some cracking and chips but isn't real bad. This is truly one of a kind hauler that would be perfect to transport your show car or race car or ATV 4 wheelers or would make a nice motor home conversion. And will get you a lot of attention and compliments.
