2007 Mazdaspeed3 Hatchback 4-Door 2.3L

2007 Mazdaspeed3 Grand Touring with 112,XXX miles. It's driven daily so mileage will continue to go up.
The car runs/drives well and has all the options but navigation. It is pretty clean inside and outside, ut it has the typical dings/chips that can be expected from an 8-year-old car with higher mileage (see photos.) The VVT and timing chain was replaced a little over a year ago by a local Mazda dealership. It comes with receipts for this service as well as some maintenance records from the previous owner.
I believe it needs new front brakes, nd the OEM 18" wheels need new tires. All 4 tires were replaced with "new" used tires in September but they are terrible. There is plenty of tread, ut they have some road noise and vibration on the highway. They may not be balanced properly, ut I believe they're bad... Bridgestone Potenza RE050A's are the original equipment and are $324.40 for a set of (4) on Tire Rack. The bronze winter wheels/tires shown in a few pictures are currently installed for better handling in snow, ut they are not included in the sale.
The car is mostly stock but does have the following modifications/improvements:Billet Mazda fuel door (see photos) the door was paint matched to the car and the trim ring was painted black.
