Citroen 2CV runs and yard drives

Dents dings and rust abound on this classic French Citroen. 79,412 kilometers translates to under 50,000 miles. Sat for many years but fired right up after a clean of the points and carb. Fuel tank was left empty so I put a couple of gallons of fuel in it and it drew right up to the carb and runs off it. Clutch and transmission work fine and I have driven it around in my parking lot. No brakes as master cylinder went dry years ago. Heater boxes are in good shape. This would make a very ambitious restoration or a fabulous parts car. I have a previous Mass registration that says it is a 1965 but I believe the car is in the 70's. This car was registered and did not require a title at that time so a bill of sale and Massachusetts previous registration should suffice for registration purposes.
