1966 Plymouth Fury Sport 7.2L

This 1966 Plymouth Sport Fury, as first delivered to a new Plymouth dealer in Georgia where it spent several years by its original owner. It was born a 38, speed, ith factory air. Then it was bought by the second owner, nd taken to Virginia, here it remained till now. This car still has its original paint and interior.. The new owner, hought, t was time for upgrades. So the 383 came out and a new 440 4 barrel, rate motor, as installed. (about 15k on the new motor) He was thinking, et make it a sleeper. Sound and look stock, ntil we hit the gas. He went all out on the engine, pending over 8k, n getting the results he wanted. I will list all the upgrades to the engine, uspension, etc., y taking a picture of the lists of the upgrades in this ad. From there, edid the suspension, o handle the Horse power, nd then the tires and wheels to handle that including a new same size spare, ust in case. . From there Many other, pgrades as well, eavy duty clutch, ewer small air conditioning pump. Up graded the whole air conditioning system. Also added full set, f gauges to keep an eye on the engine, ven though all the original factory gauges and every thing else works fine.(even the clock) the little things also are all there and work, ike all the windows work as they should, he interior and exterior light work, he keys open and close the lock correctly. newer big boy tires and wheels. Ect. Please look at last two pics for much more written info. Again most all the money on this car was spent on the mechanical', he body and the cosmetics remain original. That's the way the guy that did the work on the car wanted it. original paint, ody and interior. BTW the original fender skirts are in the trunk, nd come with the car. Anything else just ask. The car runs very strong, nd feels just right. If someone wanted to try and flaw the car, omeone may say it could use a paint job? and depending on the level of car you want, t could, s its a original paint car, nd its almost 50 years old. I personally would not paint it? One might fix the right rear very lower quarter, s it is just starting to get a little thin there, nd the paint is staring to bubble, ut it would be a easy fix, nd paint flare in there. Better on the left, s just the paint is starting to bubble there some, ut that's it, o an easy fix there also. the Bumpers are also original, nd there is a small dent in the front one. also again depending on the level one might just have them chromed, ut the, ome including me, ay not. The bright work in the back, ould use a buff, ut then again its all original and all there. The interior, ood grain decals on the conceal, ould also be replaced to dress up the interior, ore but once again, t looks ok, nd is original. The interior is also, very nice original, no rips or tears. Ok there you have it, he car is what it is, nd is very nice, ot perfect, ut looks and runs very strong, nd it is 50 years old. all and all a super cool car, trong running car, ith power brakes, speed, nd factory working air. again every thing else works as well, and is a great value for the price.
