This is the owner, esigner and builder (with a lot of help from a great team) Lynn Goodfellow.

Of both Cars.

Local resident and friend of mine Lynn Goodfellow knows how to design, uild and drive some very amazing cars. Some fast, ike the Morman Missle (343 mph even with it on fire and burning his fingers off his hands) And some a whole lot slower with complete different functionalities, ike this Suzuki Samurai Tin Top. Taking years to build, esign and get to this level, Lynn sought out to have the perfect off-road vehicle for his many adventures. Some of the important concepts behind this build were, t had to be a rust free, undamaged Tin Top Samurai, e wanted it enclosed and air conditioned. He also wanted a 4x4 that he and his grandkids could ride in safely and go on any trail that was as thin as 60". Four wheel enthusiasts know why that is important. Next, t had to have power and torque to go places high and low and that meant an engine swap. A Turbo Diesel Volkswagen engine mated to a five speed transmission was perfect fit and design. Reinforce the frame, ront to rear with near overkill and create a exoskeleton frame that would just be the start to his design. This is seriously one of those vehicles anyone can call...a One OF A Kind.

Complete, ll new steering and suspension with every single link, olt and (poly) bushing replaced. Doors, ood and trunk close solid, windows roll down smooth and all glass is crystal beautiful . . .

Acceleration is slow even though its a turbo diesel, he transmission shifts perfectly and the car corners like a serious off-road build; leans to and fro but doesn't tip over. For off road, it handles like a dream . . .just don't go racing on a curvy road, ring a bag if you do.

Everything is newly done in here and on the outside too. Not just the surface or what you see but below that too. Seats redone, oor panels, riginal dash pad in great condition, o carpet, eals all look and feel soft and the lights in here all work too.

Look carefully, es, etails like the door checks not being painted over. This was a completely disassembled car, hen painted and restored.

The original miles on this Samurai only at 72,399 and when I asked about the miles on the motor, ynn had no idea other than to say they fully tested and went through its compression and found it was in excellent condition. Lynn is financially set for life and didn't build this car to this extent to put a junk motor in it and leave him and his grandkids in the wilderness somewhere.

Th functionality of the Samurai is outstanding. The cracks you see on the floor are from the Rhino Lining cracking over the rubberized floor insulation.

The front bumper houses a desert jack and in the rear of the vehicle Lynn built a stowage location for the multi-point positioning winch.

These towing lights expand out to 8' so you can see it behind your motorhome as you tow is with the rear wheels lifted off the ground.

This genius idea lifts the back end of the Samurai off the ground so you can tow with the custom towing bar. The rear axle can be raised to also lift the rear-end high enough to not hit bottom while towing.

Not lifted it sets at about 3.5 inches off the ground.

Lifted it sets at about 18 inches with more to go if needed.
