2005 Subaru WRX STi - Fully Built - Modified Mag Feature

I am selling my 2005 STi, ully built with a fresh motor (all new), 0k original miles, nd featured in Modified Magazine years back.
I am starting a family now and need to part ways with her.
If anyone knows the story of this car, t was first owned by RacerXS on these boards. Then went into the hands of Cicio, ow owner of TopSpeed in GA. I acquired it 5 years ago from him and have had it ever since.
It recently has a new motor built by my shop installed with a ton of new parts. I have only put 3000 miles on the build.

I have spent countless hours, ime, lood, weat, nd tears on this car. It has only ever been garage kept under a cover. Never driven in the rain or snow. No rust.
The car is in excellent condition. It is capable of a lot more power and it was only just getting started in terms of making power.
