This is a 1964 impala i bought a while back to make into a nice driver car. The car is all original and has either a 283 or 327 engine in it and powerglide transmission with Flowmaster mufflers. Engine has been upgraded to a 4 barrel intake and new edelbrock carb recently and runs very nice and smooth, o smoke and no ticking. Chrome is off car right now and is included. All bodywork was done by an ase master auto body tech so this car is done right. It has been straightened, rimed with expensive materials not cheapo stuff, ong block sanded and then reprimed in the spots that had a little sand through. It is ready to final sand and paint. It is a very straight car and has minimal body work in it as you can tell by all the trim holes that are on the outside of the cars body for trim. It is originally a red car. I do have the bumpers, aillights ect, nd it all is in driver car condition not show car perfect. Missing some side trim pieces but it does come with some new side trim and some original stuff. The front end has new brakes, oses and some bushings in it. The hood is not original to the car and in my opinion it needs replaced so it has been left alone for now, nd the wiper cowl needs stripped and primed. Other than those 2 items it is ready to sand and paint. The interior is very nice as you can see in the pics, t has new seat covers, arpet, ear sail panels and package tray, oor panels are originals and nice for a driver car. The front seat cover needs to come back off and put on correctly, t looks like an amatuer tried to do it. Front door panels are off the car now to remove the door handles but everything is sitting in car. Has brand new 18 inch rear 17 inch front wheels and tires on it with 0 miles and car has been lowered 2 inches all around. Rear tires are wide and has a new adjustable rear panhard bar to center the rearend. The bottom of the front fenders are unbolted and wheel wells are out in order to access the front trim and emblems but i have them as well. It runs, rives and stops as it sits. New battery as well. Trunk has a hole cut in the bottom for some reason " about a 3x18 inch strip" i dont know maybe it had rust under that lower brace in there or something but it just needs a square piece sheet metal welded in over it to make it look original again. Floors are perfect so i have a hard time thinking it was rusted there but maybe it was. Trunk is full of parts and trim. I have included a couple of pictures of the car right after i put wheels/tires and lowered it so you can see what i started with to show you the car was nice and solid. The primer spots on these 2 pics of the car are not bondo spots the previous owner didnt know any better so he sprayed primer on chips and scratches to save it from rusting and he started sanding it as well. Thank god i saved it from him. HAHA! There is 1500 worth of wheels on this car. I was going to build a nice car with a show quality paint job i could drive every day, ot perfect by any means but im not asking 30 grand for it either. Paint it and put it back together you have a 15k car and if you know what your doing you will be in it close to half that. Im only asking what im in the car. If it dont sell i will finish the car in the spring and ask the big money. Im getting out of cars so i am offering it like this. Thanks
