The car was purchased new in Iowa in May of 1980 and is still owned by the original owners. The car has no rust on it anywhere.This car has always been special to themand they treated it special by only driving itin nice weather, o snow or salt on this car ever!It hasbeen garage kept its entire life. The car hasn't been registered since 2007, ut it is driven regularly (only on nice days) around the neighborhood tokeep the car in tip top running condition andto prevent thecomponents and engine fromrotting away in the garage. All the pictures that I have posted here are recent pictures of the car.The car is in superb condition with only minor small chips on the hood and a few small scratches and one larger key scratch down the passenger side of the car, ll theseminor flaws arewhat one might expect on a 36yr old car. The leather is flawless with no tears, ips, tains, r fading. The dash is original and perfect no cracks or fading. All the power options work, xcept for the antenna. The tires are in excellent condition with hardly any wear. The exterior paint is original andshines very nice with no fading. The rubber trim on the doors, indows and T-tops aresupple and in excellent condition. The car is all original down to some of the smallest details (except for the tires and the battery) it has the original spark plug wires and original hoses including radiator hose, hey were never changed because the car was babied and these parts simply neverwore out. Plus if you were ever to take this car to a Z car convention or show thejudges would love how original it is and would score high pointsfor its originality.The car runs perfect with plenty of power and the 5speed transmission shifts smooth and the clutch is nice and tight with almost no wear on it either. The car has no rattles or squeaks and goes straight down the road with no pulling left or right. If your looking for a 10th Anniversary 280zx this is the one you want. There's onlya few other 10th Anniversary editions out there, ut take a look at them, hey're rust buckets with horrible leather and cracked up dashes and the red and black ones (the other color availablefor theanniversary car)in my opinion, oesn't look nearly as nice as the black and gold ones do.
