We have sold several Z cars here in Ebay over the yrs for customers
and here is one more, robably the rarest of them all .
IN 1980 Datsun only built 3000 25th Anniversary cars total
this is 1 of 3000 and out of the 3000, nly 500 came in this Red & Black combo
this is 1 of 500, ut of the 500 only a handful came with an auto...
this is 1 of those handful ...still left on the planet, ..rust FREE !!!
THIS IS # 1384 out of 3000 to be exact.

The most HONEST PICS available and description. Ive seen other sellers ads
and pics, nd I find it hard to believe people even bid on some cars .
UP FOR AUCTION: this is what we know about the car below.
SUPER LOW FAIR RESERVE !!!
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: we got the car basically how you see it... its mostly all
original and stock with aprox 99k ORIGINAL miles.
The paint is 100% original the best we can tell and other then the dent on the
RF fender, he body is really clean.
Its really fun to drive because its a Z car, ut its not been driven much in the last
few yrs. I keep fresh gas in it, nd it starts all the time on the first try, ut when its
cold, t runs rough. Once warmed up, t runs better but theres still a miss and still
doesnt have the power it should. My guess maybe a bad injector, ut not 100% sure.
The motor doesnt knock or smoke at all. Its not going to
win any awards at the next car show, ut it ALWAYS draws a crowd around it when I
take it to local events or even up to the store, eople want to come up and talk to me
about it.

There is a good chance this car may be sent back to JAPAN and if you need help
getting it back there, e can at least help get it to the shipping docks in Long Beach
or LA CALIF area. for a fair price. Getting it across the pond is up to the Winner if
thats where its going.

DRIVETRAIN:
the best I can tell it could be the original drivetrain, posted pics below of the
engine but its hard to see the #s on the side of the block. Id almost bet its the original
motor etc. It is an EFI car of course, ut not running 100%.
The auto trans feels good too. Tires are in nice shape
too. When its cold, t starts up right away but idles rough. After it warms up it
gets better, ut its not 100% running the way it should be. Could be a clogged or
bad injector or maybe air vane meter ? Havent had it diagnosed yet. The motor
has no knocks or problems like that and no smoke coming from the exhaust.
If it doesnt sell now, ll fix the "miss" in the motor and relist it fixed.
Ive driven it across town nevertheless and its made it to the store etc and
back whenever I take it out. If it was an injector, was hoping it would clear itself
up.

INTERIOR: not too bad of shape for its age. It comes with the glove
box door and panel under it. Most of the gauges work etc, ut cant
say they all do, nd not sure about the radio. I havent driven it that
much. Has PW but the dr side isnt going up lately.
Overall for its age, ot bad to be honest.

EXTERIOR: the car looks great in pics and actually really nice too
in person. Dent on the RF fender, ut its 100% all original paint and
decals the best we can see and knowing the cars history.
Window tint is showing its age. All the exterior lites etc work too.
Some of the rubber and vinyl thru out the car are getting old and dry.
UNDER the car I also see no signs of any previous major accidents or damage..
floorboards look great and the car is as solid as you can probably get for
a car this old. I could see NO RUST anywhere under the car, ut thats not
uncommon for an AZ car like this thats been in a garage most of its life and
never seen snow.

SUSPENSION: basically bone stock suspension the best I can tell
Im sure most of the bushings are dry out, ut being a minimal rust car
it would come apart easier then a rust bucket and making the repairs
and restoration in its future again, ore attractive. Car handles great
and tires also in pretty good shape.Car rides smoother then I expected
to e honest but no weird noises for an older car. Shocks are prob original
as its pretty soft driving around. Brakes feel normal and good.

If you see other auctions are not showing areas under their cars,
who really knows what sort of shape its in. Dont find out
the hard and $$ way. At least our auctions show as much
as possible to potential buyers and bidders. Its amazing to
see other auctions with small dark pics, cant imagine trying
to bid on a car without seeing pics like we do in our auctions.

Dieseling should be fixed with carb bal/idle speed too high..
Which btw, hat was another way I was stopping it when it happens, t doesnt
do it all the time though. And it may have to do something too with the gas

Not sure if its a big deal or not, he pain on the caris far from flawless, ut for a driver and buzz around car, ts fine.I dont like the locking gas cap on the car, ts a pain in the butt to remove, o Imtrying to find a non locking OEM style that just twist on if possible too.
