Up for sale is this 1949 Dodge Wayfarer Coupe. It still has it's original 3. 8 Liter engine and manual transmission. Engine fires up by pouring fuel in the carburetor. the fuel tank is not installed. All of the body work on the car has been done. This is not a Bondo bucket. All of the rust has been cut out and welded in with patch panels. It has been sealed with Epoxy primer. a lot of time and money went into this. Previously in its glory days during the mid 90's. this vehicle was a lowrider. The chassis is still set up for hydraulic suspension. After sitting for years inside a garage. we bought the vehicle with the intentions of converting it to a period correct Hot Rod. The front end has been nosed and the rear has been decked. The center air vent has been shaved as well. All the stainless and chrome is there and seems to be in good shape. All of the glass is there but needs to be replaced. You guys know the story. too many toys not enough time. This Dodge would make a great Hot Rod or Rat Rod.
