This is a NO RESRVE auction highest bidder will take this gem home. They're over 100 detailed pictures of this beautifulRallye Challenger if youdon't see them scroll inside the text box or give me a call, hanks! You are bidding on one of the holy grails of Mopar a 1973 Challenger True Rallye A57 code with a monster freshly rebuilt 383 back to a 727 torqueflite and 8 3/4 rear. The paint and body were just redone and are in great shape. Paint is the correct period Alpine White all the panels are original from what I can tell and I was told they were. The entire car was stripped prior to paint and there was no rust anywhere. 4 coats of primer were laid down followed by 5 coats of Alpine White and 4 coats of clear. The paint is very nice not perfect but great for a driver/ cruise in type show car. All of the lines are excellent and the body is super straight. Rear spoiler really sets it off and gives it an aggressive look. Most of the trim and stainless is original and shows minor wear but nothing serious. The bumpers are original and show wear they could probably be polished up but I haven’t had a chance to do that yet. New correct Rally wheels were just installed with brand new tires. The rear window trim hasn’t been installed yet, have it brand new and it is included. Interior is all original and shows normal wear as expected. The seats are in great original shape with the driver seat only having a minor split in the seam(pictured). I think honestly just a good cleaning would make a world of difference. The front door panels are still in great shape, he rear door panels show pretty good wear from the sun and should probably be replaced. The headliner is missing along with the sail panels. It has the Rally Dash installed with a new correct original wiring harness, ll the lights, urn signals, tc work as they should. The orignal tach works but it needs the adapter with the MSD box, peedo needs cable installed which is included. It has a dash cap installed which needs to be glued down better but is in good shape. It has a new promatic shifter installed. The passenger door only opens from the inside from time to time. The drivetrain is where all of the money went and it shows. Powering this Mopar muscle car is a fresh 383 big block with over 10k invested, o start off the block was fully machined, ored .30 over the crank and rods were completely reconditioned, hot-peened and smoothed. J&E pistons were then installed and the entire rotating assembly was balanced. A Lunati .484 lift camshaft was installed I have the cam card. The top end consists of brand new 440 Source aluminum heads with shaft mount rockers, nd a Edelbrock aluminum intake with new 750 CFM carburetor. Hooker super comp headers flowing into custom 3” exhaust gives this Challenger a mean rumble. Complete MSD iginition was installed along with new aluminum water pump and custom aluminum radiator. It will not run hot only goes to about 180 even in rush hour traffic. New Alternator, ew mini-high torque starter. I would say the engine is pushing about 450 horse it runs very strong. The engine only has 150 miles on it since installed. Trans is a fresh TCI 727 all done up with 3200 Stall, hift kit, ardened internals, ew driveshaft, acing u-joints. Rear is the 8 ¾ with sure-grip and Richmond 3:90 gears, acing axles and bearings are installed. Entire fuel system was just replaced with new tank, ines, ilter, rackets, tc. Underneath is about the most solid Challenger you will find all original floor pans and trunk rust free, o patches or cover ups. Frame is like new, ost of the suspension was replaced as well. I have a ton of extra parts that go with the car most are brand new or like new. I have a complete power window unit assembly brand new in the box with all hardware ready to be installed. I have a ton of the interior trim and controls ready to be installed. I also have all the rear window trim brand new. Most of the other trim is also included along with tons of other parts as you can tell by the pictures. Probably $2000-$3000 dollars worth of parts alone all included in the auction. Overall I would say this is a very nice driving Challenger that really only needs some of the interior replaced along with a few minor odds and ends if you want to make it a full blown show car. The entire drivetrain is fresh and needs nothing, ou can get in it and drive anywhere with plenty of thumbs up along with way. Take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself.
