This van runs and drives good, with no known issues. May need a few little things, but what car under 1000 doesn't.

I do NOT have the third row seat, but I can get one for you for an additional fee and clean and install it.

COSMETIC CONDITION:

Cosmetic condition is good.

A little rust and a small spot of rot on the hood. Check pictures.

The vehicle is otherwise very solid.

The interior is in good shape, no burn or rip marks.

All options seem to be working 100%

All lights working

It does have a remote starter and aftermarket alarm system, we havn't tried it and cannot verify it works.

Power locks and keyless entry.

Doesn't seem to be leaking any fluids.

Tires are good and so are brakes.

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF AUCTION:

Cars are sold as-is, without any warranty implied. Massachusetts makes sellers offer a 30 day warranty; however, these cars are sold as parts-only vehicles so there is NO WARRANTY given. This does not affect the titling or registration process.

If you are having the vehicle shipped, please inform us. You have 7 days from auction ending to have the car removed, after that a fee of $35 a day is assessed.

If you are having the vehicle shipped, we need paperwork signed and vehicle to be paid for before it is picked up. If you are having the vehicle shipping, please add a $30 fee for priority mailing or paperwork to and from you, we supply the mailing box to and from you with the paperwork you need, then the final paperwork is store in the vehicle and you receive it upon delivery.

Documentation Fee handles our paperwork fee, any title issues, any notary issues or any other issues that arise, these fees are Non-Negotiable.

We STRONGLY recommend that you have a mechanic or someone who is certified to inspect these vehicles prior to bidding or buying, we do NOT go through these cars with magnifying glass; most cars are wholesale to the public, which is why they are naturally cheaper than other vehicles comparable to it. We represent the vehicles to the best of our ability and we do all we can to be 110% truthful in all of our listings.

If you are having a vehicle shipped, once this vehicle leaves our yard, it is in the hands of the tow company. You release us from any and all liability. We will work with you on a pick up date, but the vehicle must be removed within 7 days after auction ends. If it is not removed, on the 8th day we charge a $35 fee, per day (Sundays and Saturdays are included) or $180 per week, whichever is cheaper. Title is NOT released until the vehicle is picked up. Reason being, if you do not pick up the car within 37 days (including the original 7 days after auction, the car reverts ownership back to the dealership and we are free to sell it again. You will NOT receive any funds back as ALL payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. There is no leeway here, the payment, especially deposit is to hold the buyer to purchase the item, we do not give back any money paid for the car, and all are non-refundable.
