This 1985 Ferrari 308 is the last year of the 308 and one of the last off of the production line! This quattrovalve had a major engine-out and belt service completed around 100 miles ago by Sphere Motorsports. The suspension was rebuilt at the same time, hus the reason it sits a little high. this will settle when this car is driven more. With a paint meter, his car shows only the top panel behind the targa top to have been repainted. All other areas, ncluding the front bumper, ave not been repainted and appear to be original. This car was purchased from Michael Foertsch, Pebble Beach concours judge for the Ferrari 328 and owner the of M. Brandon Motorcars. He oversaw the engine-out service and suspension rebuild. He pointed out many reasons why this car is to be valued by collectors and are:
1. The rear luggage area vinyl and zipper is original and has not been replaced! This is very rare on these cars as the zippers always break and have to be replaced. This is a sign to collectors that this car has been well cared for.
2. A stencil kit has never been used in the engine bay for this car and the engine paint is original. This is a sign to collectors that this car has always been properly stored.
3. The interior leather has never been redid and is all original!
