The truck has a ration of freeway mileage but it's a very straight looking rig and the motor has been replaced recently with a unit that has roughly 25k miles. It runs great. doesn't leak. drives nice and straight. tires are excellent and the bed/tailgate/rear bumper are basically brand new. If you're after a solid affordable 6. 7 truck and don't have a fortune to spend this is a great option. exterior The paint and body on this pickup are in surprisingly nice shape for having some mileage. The history reports show no accidents. It probably had a different bed on it at some point. so this bed was in storage and it's basically like new. never hauled anything. The tailgate. bumper and lights are all like new. The cab is clean and has only light road wear on the lower rockers. There's a bit of hail on the roof but the hood looks fine and there's no hail on the side panels. The truck hasn't seen road salt. so no rust. It's bone dry underneath. The wheels look decent. little pitting. and the tires have super nice deep even tread. They're not cheap tires. The windshield has 1 or 2 tiny chips. but no cracks. looks decent. The front bumper has a few nicks on either side. The photos document it well. very good looking rig. hard to believe the mileage. interior The interior is clean and well detailed. It was a bit dusty when it came in but not all thrashed like some oil field rigs. It still maintains some wear about the steering wheel and a few tiny cracks in the drivers seat. It's a basic vinyl interior but has all power options. tilt. cruise. etc. Everything seems to work well. air blows nice and cold. We replaced the brake controller it seems to be all connected and functioning properly. mechanical This pickup came in with 2 dead holes. probably ran hot or over-revved. Rather than fuss with fixing the bent valves we just replaced the motor with a unit that had less than 30k miles. Carfax is listed here. It came out of a 2012 that was totaled out from an accident. Several gaskets were replaced at the time. It doesn't leak. The motor pulls hard and is nice and quiet overall. You can hear the turbo veins close and the turbo make a little humming noise when cold. but it doesn't seem to be an issue. doesn't sound like bearings. We inspected it and there's no shaft play and the blades look good. The truck doesn't studder or smoke. it seems to track well. trans fluid is nice and red. 4x4 works fine. we replaced the steering angle sensor and the clock spring while it was in. There are no warning lights illuminated on the dash. not even the tire pressure sensors. We replaced one and reprogrammed everything. The mykey is currently programmed to an 80mph limit.
