1963 Ford 'F25' 3/4 Ton 2-wheel-drive pickup with vintage Powers utility box and very stout shop-built ladder rack. I used this regularly in my contracting business for job-site tool storage and a motorized work platform on the job. I changed professions and parked the pickup. The motor ran and everything major worked when parked. Now needs a battery. and may need a power valve in the carburetor. Engine is a 292 Y-block with a 4-barrel Holley carburetor. Carburetor was rebuilt a few years ago (about 1998). as well as the brakes. Various hoses and other parts were changed then. I believe the carb now needs another rebuild. specifically the power valve. Tansmission is a 4-speed manual. Rear axle is full-floating. Wheels are 16". 8-bolts. Two extra tires and wheels are included. Chassis is 48" cab to axle. 7-foot utility bed was made by Powers of St. Louis. The bed is of comparable vintage to the truck. I have the keys for the boxes. There is rust-through in the bottom of the forward compartments. could easily be repaired. Space between the boxes is 48" wide. I added the heavy-duty ladder rack about 2000. The back bar of the rack is removable for transporting tall items. The seat was recovered with heavy vinyl in the early 2000s. I also have some hubcaps for this and some spare cab and other parts. Odometer shows 80. 05 miles. Have not changed the speedometer. but would guess this may not be the correct mileage.
