1994 White F250 7.3 IDI International 203k miles Banks Turbo 2WD

1994 Ford F250 7.3L IDI International Navistar Turbo Diesel. Previous owner says it is a Banks turbo kit he installed on the truck, am not a diesel mechanic so I cannot confirm this. Purchased this from PA, rove all the way to South Jersey with no problems. I used this truck when I was moving, rove it for months than it sat in my yard for over a year when I bought my new car. Just recently put some work into the truck. Truck has new glow plugs, ew injectors, ew return lines and I replaced the injection pump. I put way over $1000 into the motor alone. Truck has $800 in gauges from glowshift and autometer. Volts, rans Temp, yrometer, nd Boost. They all work properly except the Boost gauge, t sometimes runs backwards. I think the line was installed incorrectly. The drivers seat reclines back and wont lock in place. Truck is clean on the outside, as a couple rust spots (see pics). Truck will start run and drive but needs injection pump timed. Good tread on tires. 203k mi, S IS
