1956 Ford V8 C600 Cab over truck COE snubnose Rat rod hot rod Custom Cab Snubby

Selling some of our collection to fund some other projects and restorations !

Up for auction is this old 1956 Ford Cab over.

We originally bought this to turn it into a custom car hauler but have alot of other projects to finish up so its time to pass her on to someone who will finish the task !

This is a V8 Custom cab model. Would be great for a custom COE or Custom Car hauler.

We are unsure exactly what engine is in it and could not get the engine to turn over by hand. Also the carb is missing from motor. We are assuming that the motor will probably need to be replaced or rebuilt from sitting without a carb on it.

Has original das, riginal seat, oor, c, ct .

We do not see alot of rust on this truck. There is a few rust holes on the floors and also some on the exterior steps. Typical spots that will need repair on these old Cab overs.

Hood needs to be greased and aligned a little better.

Also the LH driver side door latch sometimes works and sometimes does not. may be time to tinker with it or replace it.

The door has a few typical dings on inside seam and has had a few welds over the years.

COE has a clear SD title.Whoever did the title transfer manyyears ago got 1 digit wrong on the title. You can see that on the floor they wrote C6026H77766. whoever was reading that when they applied for a title mistook the letter"Z" on the vin tag for a number "2". you can clearly see that is an honest mistake. Currently the title reads " C6026H77766, hen it should read"C60Z6H77766" .If that is something that concerns you it should bepretty easy to show this to yourDMV or courthouse to get that fixed. We will not be able to get that fixed on our end and will be the sole responsibility of the new buyer to resolve that little issue if you choose to do so. It never bothered us but if your a purist you will need to get that figured out on your own because we are limited ontime this summer and have too much going on.

COE is being sold as is where is with no warranty expressed or implied of anykind.

Payment terms: We would prefer not to use paypal for payment on this truck. If you have no other way to pay except paypal we will accept it but prefer not to pay the PP fees if possible. Cashiers check or cash would be preferred. We are allowing 10 days for payment so that you have plenty of time to get the check in the mail. Check must clear our bank before we will release possession of the truck.

We can store thistruck on our property for up to 60 days and maybe a bit longer than 60 days to give you plenty of time to arrange transportation . If you need longer we can probably arrange that as well but would prefer that it is picked up in 60 days or less. We also have a tractor if you need us to push this onto a trailer for you.
