1940 Ford Deluxe

I bought this car with the intention of bringing it to California but I found a Ford Model A 5 Window Hot Rod so I decided to sell this one.This Ford Deluxe is located in a Copart facility in Abilene, exas. I have a clear Texas title for this vehicle that will be mailed to the buyer.
This is the information I have from the previous owner:
"This is a very nice and great running and driving 1940 Ford. This car is All Henry Ford Steel! It was restored a few years ago and has always been garage kept and maintained properly with only an adult Driver. It has great running strong 383 stroker with a great shifting 350 auto.Vintage Air blows ice cold, ower Steering, ower Brakes, at Man Fabrication mustang II front end. Front disk, ear drum. Tilt steering column.This car is a good driver. Drive train was done about 5 years ago. Has not had many miles on it since drivetrain was done. The Paint is nice and shiny. This car has no rust. The undercarriage is clean."

For some reason the Title has it listed as a 1939. I'm guessing this was first sold in 1939 but it is a 1940 Ford.
