1940 Ford Deluxe Coupe all Henry Ford steel

Just revised this auction to lower price for someone from another state so you could have money left over to afford the shipping. Don't miss out. This 1940 all Henry Ford steel car is very solid. All the glass, ubber and chrome bumpers are in very good condition. The exterior paint is in good shape with some paint chips and scratches and it has always been garaged. The hood sat outside in a carport for a little while and that is why it needs repainting, ut it is very straight. The hood brace was removed and repaired just needs to be welded back on before painting the hood. "I may weld the hood brace in place this weekend" The hood hinges have been restored and ready to go on. I have a gallon of red paint I just bought to paint the hood with, payed 300 dollars to get it matched as close as possible. The firewall was cut by the last owner to fit a Chevy or Ford motor and the toe boards need to be tied back into the firewall, mall areas on tunnel need to be covered. I will supply the sheet metal for it. It comes with another new firewall that can be installed if you want to install a SB or keep it original with a flathead. No Engine, adiator or transmission. Has original front end and a chevy rear end with leaf springs. I have all the hood moldings and latches. All three of the rear garnish moldings and front windshield moldings have been chromed already. Just need the side window garnish moldings redone. Whitewall Tires are like new and car has a rare working glove box clock that I just had rebuilt from the clock works. I sanded the trunk and floors to bare metal painted with POR15 and installed Fat Mat sound deadener. New Leather 2011 mustang GT electric bucket seats. You can see from the inside of the car that is has no repair spots around the roof, oors, uarters or windows. No gas tank. Drip rails are in very good condition. Even all the floorboards and trunk are original and have never been replaced. New wiring harness and steering wheel, o steering column. I have my eye on a car I want to get that ends in 2 days, hat’s the only reason I am selling this nice car. Only serious buyers please.
