1990 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 Convertible

Just in time for summer up for bid is this beautiful 1990 Mustang LX 5.0 Convertible. I purchased this car about three and half years ago in July of 2012. Since then I have put about 2000 miles on it. The car has 131,154, lthough it doesn’t look like it does. The Mustang is very original, nmolested and well cared for.

Body:

This car is completely rust free. I believe that it still wears its original paint, lthough not perfect by any means (several imperfections) it is very presentable. One of the previous owners had repainted the black molding and didn’t do a great job; the molding could really use a repaint (see pictures). There is a small dent on the lower front fender, ot very noticeable. I actually owned the car for several months before noticing. The previous owner added the five spoke. He painted them white and did a very poor job, hey could use a repaint. The top and rear window were replaced three years ago and are in great condition.

Interior:

The interior is very nice, ot perfect but very nice. The vinyl on the driver’s seat is tearing (see pictures) and there is a tear on the driver’s door panel (see pictures), t is not noticeable when the door is closed. Air conditioning, ower windows, ower locks, ower top, riginal AM/FM Cassette stereo, oth front seats have the lumbar support and the thigh extender. It also has a viper keyless entry.

Drive train:

The Mustang has its original 5.0 302 V8 with an automatic Transmission, ower steering, nd power disks brakes. The car runs and drives as it should. Engine starts every time, oesn’t smoke at all, o oil leaks. The transmission shifts well, o leaks and no issues. Brakes work well, he suspension is also in good shape.

The reserve price is a very reasonable. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction close, nd the remainder is due with in 5 business days of the auctions close. Cash, ashiers check, r PayPal are acceptable forms of payment. The buyer is responsible for shipment or pick of this vehicle. The car needs to be picked up within 30 days of the auction end.
