2002 Ford E-350 Extended 4x4 Custom Van Work Fleet Tons New Fresh Build V10 Gas

We are a small family run operation that specializes in light duty commercial fleet lease vehicles. For some time, e have also been involved in 4x4 vans. One of our specialties here is locating commercial fleet vans and building out 4WD conversions, hich is what this van was treated to. This is a 1 owner commercial fleet lease company van we brought in locally here in Denver. It was used to do delivery service for small carpet cleaning machines, ence the high amount of freeway mileage.
The vehicle is an extended cargo with the V10 motor. It has a freshly rebuilt transmission with new torque converter and all new seals. It maintains the factory van Dana 60 out back and has a Dana 60 from a 2007 F-250 donor up front. We build a custom 4 link setup and utilize a variable rate coil spring along with the rear lift for 5" of overall lift. This truck comfortably fits 33" wheels underneath and will take a higher offset than what it currently has which are 2012 F-350 wheels. 
The 4 wheel drive conversion is all new and can not be compared to a 14 year old 4x4 conversion. We use all new hardware, ushings, ll new fluids in the diffs, econditioned t-case from the 2007 F-250, ew drive shafts, nner tie rod, way bar, way bar links, rack bar, ew shocks at all 4 corners, ew brake lines, alipers, ads, ew shifter linkages, nd custom exhaust. The van has been freshly aligned and drives well for a big vehicle. We have chosen not to put fancy new tires on this unit to keep the price down, ut that's probably the only thing to knock it for. The tires are in perfectly good shape for the summer. 
This rig has mileage, o getting around that, ut most everything has been gone through, nd the motor is just a nice clean quiet V10 that's been fleet maintained and has freeway mileage only. You should see many miles ahead from this rig.

The paint and body on this van are in very presentable condition. It has good gloss, o rust, ail, r noticeable body damage. It came in with a crease on the sliding door and right rear 1/4 so we had that pulled, moothed, nd painted. It is a good serviceable job and looks perfectly fine for what the vehicle is. The windshield is new, he rest of the glass is good, heels are in nice shape, nd tires are fine for summer. You'll want new skins come winter, r if you want us to address that, t can be done affordably through our suppliers.

The undercarriage looks nice and clean, ero leaks to speak of, verything all in good order and no damage. We will include a spare tire that fits the 8x170 pattern this van runs on, s well as a jack and lug wrench.

The van has a few scratches over the left rear wheel, ome light ones about the back door and some road wear on the front end and lower rockers consistent with freeway driving. We don't salt the roads here, o again, o scaly/bubbly rust. It has a bit of paint chip inside the door jambs which is common on these. There's a nick in the passenger door down low and a couple other small nicks about the body. Overall though, he darn thing is in great shape for having some mileage and the photos should show it well.

The interior is in good clean condition. The seats were pulled out, verything cleaned, hen put back together. It has a divider from front to back that's a bit rattly, o if you don't need it, e'd be happy to pull it out. The stereo in the photos has since been replaced with a CD player, ot sure if the CD works, ut the stereo works fine, ir blows nice and cold, nd this one actually has power windows, ocks, nd cruise which is super rare in these XL vans.

The cargo space has had the paint touched up and flooring looks pretty decent. If you want a window put in the side or another seat installed this is something we can accommodate reasonably. We don't have time to do full interior builds at present even though we've done them in the past, ut if you need some help we don't mind contributing the knowledge.

This van has been totally gone through and needs nothing. Everything has been checked and double checked, e're very careful about making sure these vehicles are safe and we're used to sending people all over the country in both them, nd our commercial vehicles. This van has a rebuilt transmission with new torque converter, ll new fluids in the drive-line, ew oil, ilter, nd tons of new parts as related to the suspension. We will include a build spec sheet so you know what parts come from what truck and what van so future parts service will be easy. The vast majority of the parts on our vehicles are available aftermarket, ew, nd used. We provide a 6 month, 000 mile parts warranty on components changed/modified in the 4x4 conversion process. Local customers will receive service warranty on those items as well.

Buyer reserves right to an inspection before purchase is finalized. We service everything we sell and make sure our vehicles are safe. We're not perfect, ut we're darn good. We don't sell new or perfect cars. We sell good cars at exceptional value. We change the oil and filter in every vehicle, iesels get new fuel filters too. We know you expect us to be reasonable and we expect the same of you.
Payment/Titles
We're easy to get along with, ut we need to know if you need special payment accommodation before you purchase. Our terms are flexible, o if you need time to either pickup the vehicle or extended payment terms all you need is ask. For several reasons, e do not accept American Express.
Fine print: Successful bidder must contact us within 2 days of the close of the auction, nd must submit a deposit of $500 within 3 days. Remaining balance is to be paid within 10 days of the close of the auction. Denver Fleet is a registered Colorado dealer. Our state allows dealers 30 days for title delivery. Titles are generally sent registered mail, nd we are running roughly 2-3 weeks title delivery at present. IF YOUR SITUATION requires that a title is expedited quicker than this PLEASE ADVISE us prior to arranging payment / purchase.
Delivery/Shipping
Pick it up: We regularly pick up people at Denver International Airport (DEN) free of charge and bring them to the lot for pickup. The airport is about 20 minutes from our shop. We do not offer airport pickup on Saturday or Sunday. Saturday we do not have a driver, nd Sunday we are closed by law, o exceptions! There are no additional charges for pickup.
Ship it: We have a local shipping company that we've done business with for many years and they have reasonable pricing. You can also visit Dependable Auto Shippers, heir local terminal is pretty close to us, o we can drop the vehicle there free of charge. Call us for a shipping quote if you need one.

Please do not make important plans that hinge on transportation. Shipping vehicles is a very fluid procedure that dedepends on many people and many factors including mother nature, oad hazards, utomotive break downs, nd some might say: the all mighty.
Financing Options
Denver Fleet can provide financing for customers with good credit in Colorado only. We do have a few options for out of state financing for well qualified applicants. Often, our best bet is to visit your local credit union and you'll have no problem obtaining a loan for an out of state vehicle.
There are several online companies that offer financing as well, ust Google 'vehicle financing' or 'auto loans' At 5.99% with $0 down for 60 months, ach $1,000 costs you roughly $19.32 per month. There are institutions lending as low as 1-3% for highly qualified customers.
Dealer Disclosure (more fine print you should probably read)
We do our very best to describe the vehicles as they really are and the options they have, hough everyone has a different opinion of what a condition might be. Please examine all the photos carefully and read the full text of the advertisement. Denver Fleet reserves the right to sell the vehicle at any time before a deposit has been left on the vehicle, ven when the reserve has been met. Denver Fleet also reserves the right to end the auction early. We sell many of our vehicles before the end of the auction. Feel free to call with any questions.
It is our experience and our volume that allows us to sell vehicles at lower prices than most businesses on EBay or off, ut please know that the phrase "You get what you pay for." is constant in both the real world and the car business. All vehicles are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise specified. Local residents of Colorado must pay taxes at our dealership, ut will not have to pay them again when going to register the vehicle. There is a $249 transfer and handling fee that applies to all sales both in state and out.
Again, ll vehicles are for sale locally, nd before the end of the auction. Just because you are the high bidder doesn't mean you have the vehicle reserved.
