2016 Mustang Cobra Jet

The car is NHRA rated at 565hp. However it actually makes about 1000hp. Because NHRA is a lbs/hp system the rating and the real HP are not related.

The transmission is what we call a T4. It’s all aftermarket parts including and SFI approved housing. It is based off the GM Turbo 400. Seems odd to use a GM based trans in a Ford but it’s the industry standard for this type of car.
