2003 Ford F-150 F150 STX supercharged Kenne Bell, JBA headers, 14k orig miles

This 2003 F150 is in excellent shape in and out. It was bought new by the original owner, professionally modified, and used only as a 'weekend fun car.' It has just under 14,000 original miles on the odometer, and it shows this low mileage.

Original options to the base XLT super cab, RWD rear wheel drive include:

• 5.4 engine
• 3.55 ratio limited slip axle (ie rear end)
• STX package (with the side step bars removed to aid in the sporty look)
• power adjustable pedals
• sliding rear window

In addition, the original owner has modified the truck to enhance its performance. This includes:

• Kenne Bell supercharger system, Kenne Bell boost and fuel pressure gauges installed on A pillar (have manual)
• JBA headers (have manual)
• Dual side exit exhaust system
• Nice after-market Kenwood stereo head unit, retaining stock speakers (sounds great)

In addition, the truck received brand new Toyo Proxes ST II 275/60/17 tires less than 300 miles ago with 'zero' burnouts on them.

The truck's supercharger system is legendary for its dependability, while significantly enhancing HP & TQ, within Kenne Bell. In fact, this system was first installed in 1997 on an F150 by Kenne Bell and they list it as their website as: "Our 1997 F150 test vehicle has 260,000 miles on the original supercharger and motor."

The truck is set up with a very fun, useable tune that kick in with very strong acceleration, in my opinion, and tops out just over 5 PSI on the boost gauge. For those looking for more performance, there is a lot of room however in my opinion this vehicle is very well set up currently and I would leave it as is. With 'overdrive' turned off, it really gets up and goes. On overdrive, it still retain good highway MPG and allows for lower rpm cruising. I took the picture of the dash after a 50 miles cruise today, and as you can see it is running very well including on the temperature side which I have never seen above the halfway mark. I estimate the HP at the crank at approx. 400-425, with substantially more TQ than this. I owned a year 2000 regular cab F150 with a Stage 2 Roush package and Paxton Novi 2000, and an '07 Roush Nitemare Stage 3, and this truck feels just as fast to me.
