Second Owner 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe with Pony Interior C-Code 289 C-4 Automatic

I'm the second owner of this Caspian Blue C-Code '65 Mustang 289 V8 coupe. This car sold new through McRobert Ford in Gresham. Oregon and still has it's original license plates and dealership plate-frame. It is a San Jose factory-build and is complete with original 289 V8 2-barrel engine and the blue and white crinkle pony-interior. It has been in storage for about 14 years. It runs well and is totally solid and clean with exception to some very minor pin-hole rust repair needed on the rear floor-pans and a couple small spots on the right front floor-pan. It needs brakes. carpet. the new fuel tank I have for it installed. and a few minor details to use it as a driver. This car has never been exposed to salt and has never left Oregon since new. The minor floor rust is due to the carpet getting wet on and off over time from condensation and moisture occasionally became trapped under the carpet in this damp climate. The under-body: rockers. front and rear quarters are clean and solid. It can be fixed up cheaply and driven as it is or otherwise a cosmetic restoration would certainly renew its original appearance.
