Description

I have a 1973 Grand Torino. I bought this vehicle in hopes to restore it but never got around to it. It was a running car when I purchased it many years ago. It has a new brakes master cylinder in it that I put in several years ago. The car appears to be un molested other then rims and tires. Windsheild does have a crack. Dash has a few cracks and interior needs help. I located several rust spots on the body and photographed them as best as I could. please look over photos very carefully. I do not know much about this car and am trying to be as detailed as possible. It appears to be a solid running project. The engine has a 302 and the air conditioning is still attached. I observed the grill broken also as seen in pics. It will need a new battery. tune up. all fluids changed and I think the car would be a cool driver. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay. Please look into shipping before placing a bid. Please contact me with any questions about the car. I know buying off ebay can be a crap shoot and I will try to answer all questions and update the auction if new info is obtained. This auction is a no reserve auction and e reserve thee right to end auction early if I sell or trade it locally. A $300 deposit will be required 5 hours at the end of auction and full payment within 5 days. Thanks for looking. On Jan-29-15 at 18:13:03 PST. seller added the following information: I had a question does the car run? Yes it does. I started it up approximately a year ago and with a lot of cranking it started. It did run rough possibly due to old fuel and tuneup. I bought it to restore about 3-4 years ago and it ran great. No time has left Tue car sitting since. I have not touched it since other then installing a new master cylinder the same day I started It to move it to a garage to install. I have restored a few cars in my day and always try to change fluids first before running them for a long period of time so when I started the car it was for moving purposes only. Another question was is any of the stuff around the car for sale. No. I have it stored at a friends house so the only thing that belongs to me is the Torino. Hope this helps. Thanks On Jan-31-15 at 16:14:40 PST. seller added the following information: I had a question about vin# it is vin#3A30F239422. When i listed it I DoD not have vin in front of me. Sorry for any troubles it may have caused On Feb-02-15 at 19:59:32 PST. seller added the following information: I was asked today if the title is clear. Yes it is. I was also asked to get pics of the onside of the trunk. I will try to have trunk pics by the end of tomorrow. Thanks On Feb-04-15 at 19:24:54 PST. seller added the following information: I had a question asking if the rear quarter panels have bondo? Yes I was more concerned about the rust in The rear and is why I took the pics of those areas. Hope this helps. I have inspected the car several times and other then the pics of quarter panels and door area I did not locate any in the common places like window seals act. My car is being relisted due to a Tue last subject who bid not contacting me at all or paying deposit Please again if you do not intend on paying for the car please don't bid. If you have less then ten feed back please contact me before bidding. Thanks for your time I apologize to anybody who was interested in the car the prior auction. Tried to work with last buyer/bidder but he flaked. Please ask any questions and I will answer and update add. Thanks again
