1939 Ford Deluxe 2-Door Sedan Same owner for 35 years. This 39 Ford drives excellently and cruises very comfortably at highway speeds. I drove the car for the last two weeks, and it goes and stops with great authority. It’s a real pleasure to drive. The Flathead V8 runs whisper quiet, has no overheating problems and holds great oil pressure. The clutch operates smoothly with no chatter. The transmission shifts properly with no whines or grinding. The rear end is equally as quiet. This car appears to be rust-free. The frame and underside are very solid with no patch panels or alterations. The fit and finish are excellent. It does have some minor few nicks and scratches that are hard to notice. The chrome and stainless are excellent but have a few minor dents in the moldings. The interior appears to be original except for the door panels. The wood grain dash is also very nice looking. The rear windows have lamination separation, and there is a small crack on the passenger side rear window. The gas gauge and radio are not operational. The car is well accessorized: Banjo steering wheel, radio, heater, clock, locking glove box, deluxe wheel covers and trim rings, and blue dot taillights. Purchased from an estate. Clear Wisconsin title. Odometer reads: 92321 Cannot verify if the miles are actual. Please see below for more detailed pictures. Sold as is.
