Last time he drove it the hoist and everything worked. I put a battery in it (not included) and the engine does turn over. The flat bed tilts back like a dump truck when raised. The engine block # is: 248179475. As for the engine I put a battery in it and turned the engine over twice and stopped. I didn't try to start it because the fuel tank. fuel lines. and carb need to be flushed/cleaned. Also the oil and antifreeze should be changed. The rear end is a two speed making this an 8 speed truck. Tires are all old and should be replaced to make it road worthy. Everything worked on this truck before it was parked.
