2012 Honda Civic LX Sedan 4-Door 1.8L ONE OWNER ADULT DRIVEN

2012 Civic for sale. One owner, lways maintained correctly. Adult owned and driven. Exterior in great shape, few scuffs on rear bumper cover a couple of minor rock chips on the front. Looks nearly perfect. Interior is nearly perfect, o stains, ears. Looks virtually new. There's nothing wrong with the car, verything works perfectly, ave never had to add any fluids between services (other than washer fluid). Tires are almost brand new, ecent front brakes. I get about 28-30 in the city, 0-45 on the highway. Awesome for a non-hybrid car. Have title in hand, 'm not financing the car.
Yes this car has technically been in an accident. It got hit from the rear about a year after we owned it. The accident was so minor it still has the same plastic bumper cover on the rear. That's where the scuffs come from. A couple of plastic clips were broken and part of the metal bumper under the bumper cover was dented, o I replaced it. That's it. Never had an issue with it and it's been almost 4 years now. I consider this pretty much an accident free car.
I have the carfax if anybody wants it. Carfax states its worth about 400 more than other cars in similar condition given the regular maintenance and one owner status.
No longer need the car. I'd love to keep it because it's such a great car but I just don't have space for it.
