I am the first owner of this 2009 Honda Civic. Selling to get an SUV- have 2 year old twins-and it is time to get larger vehicle.
This car gets great gas mileage; City MPG = 25/Highway MPG = 36. It has 100,300 miles all from commuting to work. It has all scheduled maintenance, ncluding regular oil changes. In the past year rotors & front/rear brakes have been replaced. Tires were added in December 2015; tires come with low preassure tire warning & a warranty from Discount Tires. (Reports available).
Car has never been in an accident. Exterior and interior are in excellent conditions; just small ding (size of pin-head) on rear passanger side and minor wear and tear on driver side leather seat (see picture). No upgrades have been installed, ecause this particular model (EX-L) is the Civic's top model. It includes: sunroof, eather interior, eated seats, ecurity system, nd alloy wheels.
