1997 Jeep Wrangler TJ 4.0L 6 cyl manual Dana 44 lifted

I have up for bid my Jeep Wrangler which I purchased last year. I had quite a bit of work done to it to restore. Then I realized I cannot just have a vehicle for fun, t needs to be a 4 door for people and hauling things at same time. So it has to go. It is clean and has about $5k in work and parts done in the month of december including:
5 new all terrain tires Kumho 31x10.50x15
5 new aftermarket alloy wheels 15x8
Heavy duty steel bumpers front and back, itch mounts on both
New throttle position sensor
New exhaust system including muffler, ailpipe, atalytic converter and both sensors
2 new bilstein shocks
New steering stabilizer
Looks like a new gas tank that previous owner put in
New wipers all around
New rear window shocks
New alpine detachable face radio/cd/aux input deck
New spark plugs and wires
New headlight switch
New alignment
New battery and air/oil filters
New quality rubber floor mats
Some new hoses
I’m also including a pair of premium stainless tailgate hinges that were never put in which were purchased to replace originals. The old ones work fine but have some resistance, hat might not bother you if you’re a guy. This 1997 came with the Dana 44 axle option and stick shift, s I understand these are desirable. It has about a 2-3 inch lift. It also has quick disconnects for going offroad. The engine has very low miles for its age. It starts right up and is quiet. I was told Im the second owner and it was a second car, ot driven much. There is no rust in the interior and no frame rot. Seats are not ripped. No rust spots on body. No dents. If you want to make the Jeep look brand new you could invest in a coat of paint in the color of your choice including the hardtop. I was told the Jeep will fit much larger tires like 33” or even more. I don’t personally go offroad but I think previous owner may have. The tint on hardtop windows is some type of static cling type.
