1946 CJ2A Willys Jeep Antique

1946 Willys CJ2A - JEEP (Civilian) "1946 HARVEST TAN" - 2848 miles since ground

up restoration 1980s. Mechanically sound, o issues and RUNS GREAT. Originally

was used for shows and parades by current owner. Recent years it has been used

for around town in the summer. Always garaged, ever used in wet or snow

conditions. Original engine rebuilt at time of restoration, enerator converted

to alternator, ipers converted from vacuum/ hand to electric. CJ2A, J3A & some

aftermarket parts used during rebuild/ restoration. Ready to go around town or

on your local trails. Light cosmetic work needed if you are looking to take

first place in your local show. Current owner is believed to be only the third

owner. Original owner was the Government - Schenectady County (NY) Airport who

auctioned it off in the 80s to a local school teacher who sold it to current

owner. Color is "1946 HARVEST-TAN". Left front tire/ wheel could use a balancing

(shimmies at top speed) and the handle of the shovel on the side of the Jeep is

broken and needs replacing. Comes with two (2) additional tires and one (1)

wheel/ rim, ot refinished (In addition to the five on the vehicle). Owner is

moving and will no longer have garage space, nd doesn't want it sitting outside

in the elements. Sold "AS IS" (1946 License Plate Not included), ith a fresh

NYS inspection, f desired by purchaser. Vehicle is located in the Saratoga

Springs, Y area.
