1977 Jeep CJ5 Golden Eagle

Up for auction is a very original 1977 Jeep CJ5, evi Edition, olden Eagle. I am the second owner of this CJ5. I have owned it for almost 4 years. This Jeep has never been parked outside its whole life. It has always been garaged since the day it was bought in California. It has only resided in dry states. Bakersfield, A, est Texas and Arizona, ow back in Hermosa Beach, A. This is a very well kept Jeep. Mostly original with slight modifications. When bought new it had a high torque cam installed, xhaust headers, nd balanced. There have been tons of modifications, one which have molested the Jeep, o accidents, o bondo, o damage and ZERO rust!!! This is the original Oakleaf Brown paint with original gold wheels (only available in 1977)! This is the real deal, ot a repaint! The mileage is currently 94,189, OT 194,189!!!!. Mostly road miles, ppx 2,000 of them towing miles from previous owner. This is the 304 V8 motor and it runs flawless! No leaks!!! Turn key every single time! Electronic ignition. Original 2 barrel carb, ompletely rebuilt in 2011. Original axles (rear: AMC Model 20, :54 ratio, ode "N" locking differential; front: Dana 30, .54 ratio). Dana 300 transfer case. Warn locking hubs. 15x8 original wheels with 31x10.5 R15LT M&S tires (appx 4,500 on them since new) Brand new matching spare (never used). New water pump, iming chain cover, am and crank sprockets and radiator in 2009. Lifted in 2011 with Pro Comp 2" leaf springs and shocks. New brake master cylinder and rear brake cylinders in 2012. Fitted with JKS front anti-swaybar quick disconnects. Custom rear bumper with hi-lift jack. Wired for towing. Comes with tow bar, ut will not fit new front bumper. 25 gallon gas tank, Tank has small dent on bottom, as zero effect on performance). Bikini top cover. Full soft top, ith soft doors. NO hard top. Chilton repair manual included. The back seat is original Levi edition! The front seats are original to the Jeep, ut were upholstered some years back from the original owner, ot Levi material, ut in great shape!

Custom made rack, eavy Duty (cig lighter, ic plate mounted, ED lights, icense plate lights, ff Road whip lighted type, gas jugs and 2 water jugs, ll 4 have never had fluid in them, B antenna mount, pin harness for all 12v electrical, ottle opener, uick disconnect BBQ holder, y design, uick disconnect table, y design, ll BBQ and table pieces fit inside BBQ, hese both adapt to rack, trap points, x and shovel mounts) I spent appx 300 hours building the rack itself.Stereo: 2 amps, for subwoofer, for 6x9 and 6" speakers. New top of the line stereo. Subwoofer in custom built box under rear seat, ub woofer control)8 switches (pictured) that control all new 52" LED light bar, 4" LED light bar, ackup rear LED lights, indshield spot LED lights, nterior LED ribbon lights, hip light LED red, hite and blue, orn and usb.160 amp alternator, nstalled 10/2015, o keep battery sufficiently charged for stereo and lights.New Optima Yellow Top battery, nstalled 8/2014. Like New!!All new Tuffy Boxes: 1 Front Speakers Box/holds 2 speakers above shifters, ecurely mounted to Jeep.2 Rear Speaker/storage boxes above rear fender wells. Contain amps and speakers inside boxes.1 overhead console: contains stereo and CBAll boxes lock, wo sets of keys per box included.CB: Cobra CB with lighted control knobs I custom ordered, lso new CB antenna. I have never used the CB yet!!!All new wiring relays for lights (pictured)All wiring done by myself and DONE RIGHT!! All fused and properly wired correctly! Lights, tereo, B, witches, ack, tc!Rear spare wheel lock, BQ, ce Chest, traps, ll included.New, sed 2 times, ARN 8000, EON S model Winch, ynthetic rope, ired remote control, irect wired to battery. THIS IS A GREAT WINCH!!!!!New front bumper, atin black painted myself, RAND NEW!!Rear bumper custom made from previous owner, xtremely Heavy Duty, ery well constructed, xceptional craftsmanship.Hi Lift Jack: used, ut works great! Custom mountedon rear bumper!Flashlight and fire extinguishers and holders.
Here's what doesn't work.....clock (did not work when I got the Jeep), indshield wipers (need new motor). I believe that is it, ery short list.
I am sure I am missing something that I haven't mentioned. I have put hundreds and hundreds of hours into this Jeep with lots of TLC!! Lots of $$$$ into the best aftermarket parts available! This is an absolute head turning machine that gets lots of thumbs up everywhere I take it! It is a collectors piece for sure, ot very many Golden Eagles are left and especially one's that haven't been hacked or molested!
