1999 JEEP CHEROKEE UP COUNTRY PACKAGE CUSTOM DOUBLE DIN PIONEER NEX HEAD UNIT

For your consideration is my 1999 Jeep Cherokee. 139,750 miles. 4WD and automatic transmission with the rare “Up Country” package (1" factory lift with full skid plates, front and rear tow hooks, full size spare, limited slip rear differential). I bought this Cherokee from the original owner in Portland Oregon, so there are no rust or corrosion issues like with vehicles from the Northeast and Mid-West.

I’m the second owner and have the original bill of sale, sales brochure, owner’s manual and maintenance receipts.

This Cherokee has always been adult owned (both owners 45+), and never abused. The interior is in excellent condition, with the exterior being in good condition (a few dings/scratches that you would expect on a 17 year old vehicle).

It runs strong, shiftssmoothand has cold AC, powerwindows/locks/mirrors and cruise control. It’s also equipped with the rare overhead console/trip computer (current mpg, total mpg, miles remaining, etc.), compass and outside temperature gauge.

I custom fabricated a double DIN radio installation - Pioneer NEX AppRadio 3 (Bluetooth, Apps and CD/DVD player). It looks like it came from the factory that way! It’s almost unheard of to have a full size head unit in these older Cherokee’s! I also replaced the old sealed beam headlights with Sylvania SilverStar Ultras, which makes a huge difference!

I'veinstalled Jeep steel wheels with off road tires, but the factory original aluminum rims (with newer Michelin tires), are included. I also installed new shocks and a steering dampener.

The only things that have broken sinceI'veowned it are thedriver’s door window regulator and the starter, so both those are new. The original owner replaced the belt/hoses, spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributer, brakes and changed all the fluids.

You’d be hard pressed to find another low owner/low mileage Cherokee with this level of maintenance. It’s in excellent condition and ready to drive away!

Absolutely no personal checks. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours and the deposit is not paid, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle.

Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995, or with more than 100K miles. Iffinancing, please arrange this PRIOR to bidding and please make sure that your bank will finance a 1999 vehicle with 139,750 miles.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, I will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for “auto shippers”. If you are not sure about something, please ask! This Cherokee is for sale locally, as such I reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle sells locally before the auction ends.
