Runs and drives but needs complete restoration. I purchased two years ago with plans to do a full resto, but recentlyinherited an older Land Rover. Car was casually driven in the time that I have owned it recording approximately 5,000 miles. As pictures show it will need both body and frame work. Has brand new exhaust system except manifolds. Runs well, but will sometimes exhibit a hesitation problem. I had mechanic attempt to diagnose, but he could not replicate the issue after driving/idling it for a long duration on a recent Saturday. I would advise a flat-bed because of this issue. All windows go up and down, andelectric seats operate well. Gaugesand most interior lighting work. Rear window can stick going up andA/C and tape deck do not work.Has small oil leak but did not use oil between the changes. Engine is strong, and transmission shifts smoothly.Interior okay, but headliner is sagging slightly in some spots. Extra set of winter wheels/tires with a lot of tread are included in the sale. Solid base for a restoration or use as a parts car… The market for these has really picked-up in the last 5 years and this represents an excellent deal if you can do the restoration yourself.
