Since it is a new water pump professionally installed with the engine rebuild. I am leaning towards a blockage. Unfortunately. all my tools were shipped to the mainland for my move so I do not have the ability to diagnose or fix. -windshield wipers are installed but not wired-engine oil pressure gauge is installed but not wired up
