1929 Lincoln Judkins Coupe. Model 170. This Judkins coupe spent the majority of it's life in Southern California. Mostly original paint, although weathered and chipping.. One of the only survivors in existence.. Runs good.. Could easily be brought up to touring condition, r would also be a great candidate for a very straight forward cosmetic restoration. Straight and bone dry car.. The body is Aluminium. Judkins is likely the best body builder of closed cars during the classic era, which they specialized in specifically.. There were 270 Judkins Coupes made in 1929.. Available in Semi-custom trim, r Full-custom trim.. This is a Full-Custom car, pecial ordered with the fantastic Brewster windshield and artillery wheels.. It very well may be the car used in the 1929 advertisement for the Judkins Coupe (copy attached with photos).. I have not seen another Judkins Coupe outfitted like this, nd it is identical to the car in the advertisement. This car was also found and preserved by the late great Jack Passey.. It is featured in his book 'For the Love of Old Cars', nd states that Jack bought it from a man in the late 1950s, n Palo Alto, nd drove it home.. The car is very complete right down to the original mascot, ir compressor and keys.. All the lights work, ncluding dash and gauge lights.. Gauges work, xcept fuel, ut there is an extra fuel gauge included (maybe 2).. The seat has been recovered and could use to be redone again.. Headliner is original. Top appears to be original, nd is still in very fine shape.. All of the structural wood is perfect, nd the doors open and close like a bank vault.. Obviously, hese do not come on the market very often.. I am a long time member of the LOC and would be glad to answer your questions..
