This multi-award winning Zephyr has many custom fabricated features and went through a complete rotisserie restoration. This beauty is absolutely loaded with features! The engine is a custom built FUEL INJECTED Lincoln 460CI V-8 built by Barrett in Virginia coupled with a GM 4L 60 4 Speed Automatic transmission with overdrive. The engine has tasteful chrome accents and has only been driven 2500 miles since rebuild. Car has power steering, seats, trunk opener and remote door openers, beautiful Auto Meter gauges and a 750 Watt Kenwood AM/FM/CD Stereo system. Complete sound-deadening insulation through-out to enjoy the stereo and a quiet comfortable ride. Car also has a rear-view camera, tilt banjo steering wheel, Vintage AC and disc brakes. A custom 3rd Brake light with an illuminated "Z" was added for safety. Interior has been done in beautiful tan ultra leather upholstery with custom embroidery on the center console and back seat panel as well as in the trunk. The car seats 4 with two added custom seats in the back suitable for children or small adults. Rear Window is the original and intact RARE curved glass. 50 Gallon Gas Tank.
The custom body work features shaved door handles, frenched license plate insert and custom fabricated fenders to give them a smooth tailored look. Paint is House of Color two-tone Brandywine and Brilliant Champagne with additional metalflake that looks spectacular!
The undercarriage of the car is super clean and features a Mustang 2 Front End with coil-overs and 9" Ford Rear-end. 3 1/2" exhaust off the headers all the way back with dual exhaust. The car rides smoothly on Billett wheels mounted on Diamond Back Classic tires.
Lincoln Zephyr enthusiasts will know that only 1,254 3-window coupes were built in 1940 making this a very rare and special vehicle! It recently received its 2017 NSRA Safety 23 Inspection certification. Car runs superbly and the new owner will be very proud to own, drive and show - and probably win many more awards.
