It sure seemed as though GM was on to something with the release of the Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky. Both beautifully designed, admirable in the performance, and a blast to drive, the two-seat sports cars were exactly what car enthusiasts loyal to General Motors were begging for for decades. Then the economy crashed, GM nearly folded, and we said goodbye to Pontiac, Saturn, and more.

Thankfully, before Pontiac's departure, one of the best looking cars ever offered from GM squeaked it's way into the market in 2009 for only one year (sort of), and less than 1300 total produced. The Pontiac Solstice Coupe featured a removable roof panel (targa), gorgeous lines, and a look that is not only distinctive, but would have had the potential to be iconic. If you're fortunate enough to acquire one of these, take hold. Care for it, enjoy it, and know that you have a car that you probably won't see another of out on the road any time soon. This Solstice is in pristine overall condition, has a clean Carfax, and comes complete with the painted hard top targa roof as well as the soft top unit that folds and stores in the trunk. From the exterior to the inside, and from top to bottom, this Solstice is nearly new, and ready to be collected, enjoyed, and taken to the local shows. This Solstice comes complete just as shown, with the only aftermarket additions being the black wheels with the original tires mounted on them. The paint is glossy and shows beautifully, and the interior looks fantastic, just as you'd imagine. Underneath, the car looks like new as well, with the undercarriage being rust or corrosion free.
