1963 Porsche 356 B Super 90

A 3-Owner car since new, this 356 B Super 90 is a NICE example of a restored air-cooled classic! Pulled out of a "barn" in the mid '80s, where it had been stored for many years. Not too long after, this 356 went through a ground up, no expense spared complete restoration that took over 3 years to complete! Restoration included: a glass out re-spray, new rubber, new glass, new hardware, new carpet, new headliner, new upholstery, and a mechanical restoration. At the time of the restoration, this 356 did not require any rust repair anywhere on the body, maintaining its original floor pans. Originally a Baltic Blue car, it was changed to Guards Red during the restoration, at the preference of the owner. Red has always been a timeless, classic color associated with 356's!
This 356 B still maintains its original 6-Volt system. All of the instruments were rebuilt by Hollywood Speedometer, with the exception of the original Bendex AM/FM radio! New tires, chrome wheels, brakes, and a reconditioned suspension including S90 camber anti-sway bar. With boxes full of receipts, invoices, and pictures documenting the restoration, this 356 B Super 90 is without a doubt, a Fully-Documented car! The Matching Numbers Engine and Transmission were rebuilt by Zim's Autotechnik and currently have just over 3,000 miles on them since the refresh!
Recent updates include: rebuilt carb's & fuel pump, disc brake conversion, and Wilhoit Short Shifter.
356 Super 90's are considered to be an investment grade car, given their limited production. If you are looking for an air-cooled classic that you can enjoy on the weekends, and take to the occasional car show, you are certainly looking at the right car!
