1973 Land Rover 4x4

This is a great project car. won't take long to complete. Check out the prices on the restored models. nbsp;Lot of money to be made here. I simply have to many other projects to ever be able to get to this one. So. it must go. Everything worked when engine stopped running and was parked a few years ago. Engine needs complete overhaul and carb is missing. I have a brand new crate engine that IS NOT included in this auction if winning bidder is interested in purchasing it separately. Body has a few dings and a tear in the right front fender as well a small damage to left front. see pictures. A few dings here and there but otherwise good shape. Some of the metal has rust and will need to be cleaned and painted. Overall car needs painted. Tires have tons of tread. but are very dry rotted. Interior is in fair condition. Wipers and several other rubber components will need to be replaced. Top is removable which makes it even a more interesting project and a cooler ride. The odometer is showing less than 65. 00 miles and I have no reason to believe it is not accurate. This Rover is sold as is where is with no warranty. Buyer is responsible for picking up car from where it is. Winning bidder must make a $500 deposit within 48 hours of auction ending. remaining balance must be paid in cash when car is picked up within 7 days of auction ending. I have described the car to the best of my knowledge. if you have questions. please ask. Again. this is a project car that has been sitting. the engine does not run. and this car will take some work to put it back on the road. BUT it will make a great ride with the right person restoring it.
