Land Rover Discovery II 2003

2003 Discovery Land Rover II SE. 112675 miles. not running. not sure what is the engine. One said the upper timing chain belt. another said its not that. Has a MANUFACTURE BUYBACK NONCONFORMING TITLE - this means the car is a lemon?!No leaks oesn't leak oil or antifreeze. it does turn over when battery charged. ot a strong battery tho. Back bumper plastic cover busted on passenger side. light still intact. There is a dent on the passenger side above the back door (5th door) along the box frame. (top)5th door unable to open it for ? Tires are fair. not balding or visual side ware. Interior is black and seats and interior are nice id say very good. no tears in seat the headliner has a slice in it about 1 1/2 in long. Windshield has a few stars in it but not cracked. Tow it out of here!
