2008 Mazdaspeed 3 GT NO RESERVE!

For starters I'm selling this car because my wife and I recently bought another vehicle and we don't need 3 cars. I am the second owner and have had this car since 2/14. The previous owner put a lot of highway miles on this car. When I bought it it had about 182,xxx miles on it. Now it has about 206,xxx. It will be going up a little because I'm still driving the car some. This car is solid overall but has some issues.
THE BAD: The rear shock mounts are wore and so the rear end clunks. They are $15 a piece from the auto store. I was going to replace them but haven't had time.
The front end makes a whiring noise when you turn hard at low speeds. could be the front axles. Not really sure.
Check engine light. I checked it a few months back and it was an emissions code. It has not effected the driveability,performance, r economy in any way i can tell.
The right rear wheel is missing the TPS sensor, tire pressure sensor) because it busted and I didn't have the extra cash to replace it at the time. So basically the tire sensor in the car stays illuminated all the time. Any tire place can replaces it in a few minutes but they cost around $80-$100 which is why i haven't done it yet.
Small amount of rust in the left rear inner fender wheel.
The car was up north and driven on the interstate most of its life so you can imagine the front has numerous rock ships.
Cd player itself does not work for whatever reason. I personally don't use Cd's so I either listen to the radio or use the Aux port and plug it into my phone.
Front center of hood was backed into by a truck with a hitch. Slight crinkle.
Tires all match but probably only have 30% life left. Enough to make it through winter for sure.
THE GOOD. Turbo car that is quick but also economical.
I average 22-24 mpgs city and 30-32 interstate.
6 speed manual with LSD
Recently installed K&N air filter.
Koni front yellow Struts.
Rain sensing wipers Hot heat/cold ac.
I replaced the A/C compressor earlier this year with a new one.
Mostly stock. I say this is positive because you have a blank slate if you want to modify it.
Oil replaced by me every 5k with mobil one synthetic.
Auto front lights with factory HID's Rear lights are Led's factory.
Aluminum pedals.
Oil replaced less than 500 miles ago.
I have loved driving this car and I know whoever buys it will too. I just don't need a third car and this one has to go. I've tried being honest with the add but please feel free to ask any questions or request any more pictures. The car has a lien on it so I'll have to pay that with the money from the sale.
