2008 MAZDASPEED 3 Sport Turbocharged

I'm selling my car because It is my third car and It has to go. It runs great but has a few issues. I'll try to list the all. Feel free to request more pictures and ask any questions you want.
Check engine light is on. Last time i checked it was a vaccum problem. Haven't noticed any performance or economy issues with it.
Tire pressure sensor stays constantly lit. 1 tire has a normal valve stem and so to fix this it needs a stem that works to measure the tire pressure.
Airbag light has come on recently. Haven't looked in to it. Not sure whats wrong.
Rear end has a clunk. I'm pretty sure its either the rear shocks and/or shock mounts. The end links seemed tight.
At low speeds the front end makes a whiring sound when you cut the wheel very hard. It's made this sound since right after i bought it. It hasn't gotten any worse so I haven't checked into it.
The CD Player doesn't want to load or unload Cd's. Again I don't use Cd's so this has never been looked into by me because it never effected me. It has an AUX port and That what i use to listen to music.
Both rear wheel wells have some rust forming.
Front center of the hood has a slight crinkle. A truck hitch backed into me.
One fog light doesn't work because of a cracked lens.
That about covers the issues.
On the plus side the car runs like a champ. The turbo spools up and pulls hard. The previous owner said the engine had been rebuilt but I never saw any documentation. It does have a newer K&N air filter and Koni front struts. This car gets great gas mileage as well. capable of 30+ on the interstate. It has a new windshield. Brakes are decent. Front headlights recently refurbished, hey are very clear. Tires are matching and have about 30% tread remaining. Like I said I just don't need this car anymore. I hate to sell it but i just need to right now.
